This is "Ruby Special!" She loves to wear leggings and is into getting herself dressed. Sometimes when she picks out her clothes she will ask if she can go into the bathroom to change. She is very creative and opinionated with what she wants to wear. Right now she wants to wear skirts with leggings. I am not sure when I was last able to get her to wear pants.
The BYU cheerleader dress is one of her favorites. Lucie was trying to teach Ruby some moves.
