This picture was taken in December by Lucie when we went to the Carl Bloch exhibit. I was talking to my friend today who's husband (Brian Bird) was an exhibition and graphic designer for the museum. He passed away the day after Thanksgiving and BYU has dedicated the exhibit in his name for his contributions to the exhibit. My friend feels like her husband gave his life to putting this exhibit together. This exhibit has been a 9 year project. She shared some really cool thoughts on the exhibit. These paintings are amazing and for the few people that read this I would encourage you to go see the exhibit if you live in Utah.
