On the day of Jack's birthday we took the kids out of school and went to the Brigham City Temple Open House. The temple was beautiful. I loved the paintings inside the temple especially ones of the surrounding area. I really like walking on the temple grounds. Just so peaceful and of course beautifully manicured. We had been by this temple several times while it was being built so it had been fun to track the progress and then really nice to go inside.

After the temple we went to Nordstrom at City Creek for some shoe shopping then picked up Litza's Pizza to celebrate Jackers 7th birthday while watching the 1st BYU game of the season. It was a perfect day for that kid and to top it off BYU won!
