On Friday night we took Lucie to the Hannanh Montana/Miley Cyrus concert with the Jonas Brothers as the opening act(they did a really good job). We purchased the tickets only a week before when they added a second concert to Salt Lake. There has a been a lot of controversy over tickets to the concerts because scalpers had bought up tickets and then were selling them at high prices and a lot of people were upset because they had not been able to buy their kids tickets. It became a challenge for me to see if I could get tickets....Trent did not think I would be able to, but four minutes after they went on sale we had three tickets!! There was a bit of buyers remorse early in the week, but as the week went on Lucie was super excited to go and we were excited to take her. Trent was worried that it was going to be a lame teen bop concert, but it was well done and we had a really fun night!
Another bonus about the Friday night concert is that it was being filmed for a 3d movie so we were able to have some bonus numbers at the end of the Jonas Brothers set and then at the end of the concert they were doing 1 more Jonas Brother's song and 4 more Miley songs...so it was like 2 concerts in 1!
