On Saturday my dad, brother-in-law Nick, and Trent laid out a new fence, dug 46 holes for fence posts, and cemented 44 of the 46 (the other 2 have to have sprinkler lines moved first). The cement bags weigh 80lbs! Needless to say we are all very grateful for their hard work and their willingness to install a fence around our yard! It will be awesome to have!

This is before they were cemented...so no worries we don't really have a crooked fence:)

They were able to use the pole hole digger for some of the holes, but between rocks, sprinkler lines, and wire it was a bit of a challenge. They did a lot of digging by hand. Lucie is always a great help. She loves to watch whatever my dad, nick, and trent are working on. We always joke that she will be the one doing repairs and the boys will be off doing other stuff! Yesterday she helped with the cement.

Wow! that is alot of holes to dig! But it will be well worth it to have your fence all done! Looking good!
Love you-

p.s. I love Lucie being the job foreman -- good job Lucie! Keep all those men in line!
You know it must be so healthy for your kids to see the men working on these projects together. Actually I am sure it is very healthy for all of you. Lucy cracks me up...she is so cute!
Yay for fences! They are GREAT with kids! :)
All I can say is wow. We just finished our fence, but we had installed because Curt doesn't have that much patience. :) I'm impressed!
