I can hardly believe that Lucie is 5! It seems like just yesterday that she was this size...
And now she is this size...
It is a bittersweet experience to have your children grow. It is so fun to see all of the things that Lucie is learning to do and what a helpful little girl she is becoming. A few of the things she enjoys doing...she loves to pretend to be the babysitter and ask how she can help me, she is a great help around the house, she is excited to learn how to ride a two-wheeler bike, she is kind and considerate of others, and she has the best little memory!
We had a great extended weekend celebrating Lucie's birthday...cousins getting to stay the weekend, a friends party, painting pottery, going to lunch, and having a family dinner!
