Tasty Tuesday - English Muffin Pizzas

An idea is to make pizzas using english muffins. It is easy and just like regular pizza you can put any toppings you want. I saw Paula Deen make vegetable ones with grated zucchini and squash. I think this is going to be our summer lunch:)

I recently discovered wheat english muffins (I really like the Orowheat brand) and they are really good to use for sandwiches. Toast the muffins and then put ham/turkey/bacon, spinach, tomatoes, and red onion and they are a really tasty sandwich!
